I really liked the presentation of the options in rate scenarios before locking. I'm able to decide if I want to spend more/less, see the rates align as well as have an estimate of closing costs. It's a great snapshot and makes it easier for me to plan financially for the transaction and the mortgage obligation/payment afterwards.

Ryan Ross - Loan Officer
Ryan was promoted to his current loan officer position with 1st Security Bank Home Lending in January of 2012, after serving as a personal banker with the company for three years.
He began his mortgage industry career in 2002 at Mortgage Advocates in Beaverton, Oregon.
When his then future wife accepted a position in nursing at Seattle’s Children’s Hospital, he started working in retail banking as a senior client representative with First Mutual Bank. First Mutual was acquired by Washington Federal in 2008, and Ryan switched to a position as loan coordinator.
The following year, he began his new job with 1st Security Bank.
“I’m happy to return to the mortgage side of the business,” Ryan said. “We’re building a great, new team of experienced home lending professionals and we are able to offer the best service in the industry.”
Ryan and his wife live in Shoreline with their three children.
